I believe in keeping my parents as informed as possible. To help, I keep record of (and inventory) babies meals, naps and changes. I provide a daily sheet to the parent(s) to inform them of possible concern that may need addressed, or low inventory (diapers, wipes, ointements, formula, etc...) that may need replenished for the following week.

Parents to provide:

Two extra sets of clothing in case of accidents
Naptime: Blanket, stuffed animal or doll

I'll provide:

Naptime: A mat for each toddler to use

Toys: I do not allow toys from home, however, if your child wants a stuffed animal or blanket to sleep with - this will be acceptable. Please take home the blanket to be washed every Friday and returned the following Monday.

Meals: Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.. If your child is not going to be here by 8:00 a.m., they will need to eat at home. Lunch served at 11:00 a.m. and an afternoon snack at 2:00 p.m. (for those of age). Children are offered the food but not forced to eat it. Children who choose not to eat will not be served additional food until the next mealtime.

Please do not send food or candy with the children.

Special Diets: If a child has a particular dietary need, substantiated by a medical evaluation, I must be informed and given a doctors note. Substitute meals or snacks may then be brought from home.
